Element West Coast Tour (June 30th, 2007)

On June 30, EXIT played host to the Element pro team on their Oregon stop of their northwest summer tour. Locals were invited to come to EXIT at Bridgeport to meet the team and then session with them at nearby Tualatin Skatepark.

Among the team was Portland local and EXIT teamer, Element pro, Brent Atchley. Other Element pros at the signing and demo were Tony Tave, Chad Muska, Tosh Townend, Nyjah Huston, Levi Brown, Coin Provost, Mike Barker and Jimmy Lannon. Element brought posters for the kids to sign.

I got a chance to hook up Tony Tave with some Ventures and Tosh with some wheels at the EXIT skate counter. Brent and Colin both scored EXIT Hot Dog cruisers--Colin even rode his at the demo. It was amazing to see these pros skate at the dinky Tualatin park.

They put on a good show regardless of the limited facilities. Levi Brown has some serious snap and tweak and The Muska has the crowd dialed! Muska must have tagged 50 boards while leaving personalized voice messages for kids and taking photos! Tosh made the place look like a child's playground and all of the fans were stoked.
