It’s been designed specifically for women’s sizing and fit. The Monroe is made of waterproof synthetic leather. We added a Boa lacing system to get you in and out of the boot in no time flat. The Monroe comes standard with the woman’s gel liner, which features a gel cushion in the toe. The Monroe’s foot bed also comes fitted for disposable, air-activated foot warmers. Once opened and inserted into the insole, the foot warmers heat the boot’s interior. The Monroe has a lightweight Performalite midsole for cushioning and the outsole has been designed for optimal traction in the snow, and is made of abrasion-resistant stick rubber.
