When the battle of The Berrics is going on do you practice your flat ground a lot more?
Nah, not really I skate flatground all the time anyway. I always go to the berrics like an hour before the games though.
Do you get nervous before you play someone in the contest?
The only time i ever got nervous in a contest was against chris cole but not really that nervous, just a little at the start.
Do you ever wish they would do a segment called "Saturday's with Shane" and it could be your little mini series on the site? Or better yet for branding purposes, "Skate Mental Saturdays with Shane".
hahaha that would be cool but i would rather just go skate with all my friends without having to film all day.
How did you initial get on Skate Mental?
Daryl angel and i were in spain and i just figured it was time to get a new board sponsor so daryl hooked me up. Now he rides for another board company.
What size boards do you ride?
8.125
How often do you go through boards?
Every few days when im street skating. Otherwise like every week or so.
What’s been your favorite Skate Mental graphic of all time so far?
So far i like the alien vs. predator one the best, its amazing.
What’s your shoe of choice from Nike to skate in?
The new Prod 4, vrod, its the vulcanized one or the stefan janoski shoe.
Do you get sent limited shoes from Nike? Different colorways, styles, etc. before the public has access to them?
Sometimes i do, not to often these days but if i ask nike they'll hook me up.

Yeah i have been out to portland a couple times.

When i went it was cold and raining so i didnt get to experience much, haha.
